1. What this service is

CRECKK ("we", "us") provides a free car insurance facilitation service: we collect your request, share indicative premium estimates, connect you with licensed insurance experts/partners, and assist you with renewals and claims. By submitting a quote request you accept these terms.

2. What we are — and what we are not

• We are NOT an insurance company and we do not underwrite, issue, or sell insurance policies ourselves.
• Policies are solicited, quoted and issued only by IRDAI-licensed insurers and intermediaries. Our role is to introduce you to them and assist you through the process.
• The insurance contract is always between you and the insurer. The insurer's policy wording — not this website — governs your coverage, claims and payouts.

3. Estimates are indicative

• Third-party premium figures shown on our pages follow IRDAI-notified rates and are accurate as published, but may change when the regulator revises them.
• Comprehensive and Zero-Depreciation figures are calculated estimates based on the details you enter. Your final premium depends on your exact car variant, IDV, city, NCB, insurer and add-ons, and is confirmed only in the insurer's formal quote.
• Nothing on this website is an offer of insurance, financial advice, or a guarantee of coverage or price.

4. Payments

• We never collect insurance premiums or any payment on this website.
• All premium payments are made by you directly to the insurer (or its licensed intermediary) through their official payment channels.
• If anyone asks you to pay a premium to a personal account in our name, do not pay — and report it to us immediately.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide true and complete information — car details, claims history, NCB. Wrong declarations are the #1 reason insurers reject claims.
• Read the insurer's policy wording and confirm coverage details before paying any premium.
• Report incidents to us and the insurer promptly (ideally within 24–48 hours) so claim timelines are not breached.

6. Communication consent

By submitting a request you consent to being contacted by our team and our licensed partners via call, SMS, WhatsApp and app notifications about your quotes, renewals and claims — even if your number is registered on DND. We do not use your request data for unrelated marketing, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

7. Your data

• We collect the details you submit (name, phone, car and policy details) to provide this service.
• They are shared only with the licensed insurance experts/partners working on your request, as required to serve you.
• Data is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting support.

8. Claim assistance — scope

• Claim assistance means we help you prepare, file, coordinate and follow up your claim with the insurer, free of charge.
• Claim decisions — approval, amount, rejection — rest solely with the insurer under its policy terms and IRDAI regulations. We cannot guarantee any claim outcome.
• If a claim is unfairly handled, we will help you escalate through the insurer's grievance cell, IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal and the Insurance Ombudsman.

9. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided on a best-effort basis, free of cost. We are not liable for insurer decisions, policy pricing, coverage disputes, claim rejections, delays caused by insurers or authorities, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

10. Changes, governing law & contact

• We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at our registered place of business have jurisdiction.
